James Augustus Cinis, popularly known as James St. Vincent, is an air bender. He is a founding member of the Allegiance, alongside Richard Moreinstein and Emilia Haruspex, his bloodsiblings, although he was the only one the Court insisted created the movement.

James was born to Unice Cinis and Athaliah St. Vincent, a nox, in the Holy City.
