James Dakila Kai Cinis, popularly known as James Saint-Vincent, is a British air bender and nox. He is a founding member of the Allegiance, alongside Richard Moreinstein and Emilia Haruspex, his bloodsiblings, although he was the only one the Court insisted created the movement.

Biography[]

1976. After he doesn't get into the Appointee program (at first). Kills 3 unbounded.
1981. After Ivo's death. Kills 5 Blackbirds.

James is said to have a very lovable and charismatic personality and to be able to talk his way out of everything.

James has ink black wavy-to-curly hair and grey eyes. He's slender with very marked features. His figure is notorious for its symmetry.
