The Beaufils' Queens Flat is a two-story, penthouse apartment located in Queens. It belonged originally to Madeline Beaufils, Will Sommerfold and James Cinis. Upon their death (perceived death in James' case), Madeline moved there with her brother, Robert Cerf. Madeline transferred the property deed to her child, Cat, when they turned 18. The flat was Madeline's and Cat's second home in New York.
The flat is completely renovated in 2013 after being ravaged by northerner beasts. During the reconstruction, Cat and Madeline lived in the Moreinstein Manor. Once Cat had their ceremony, Madeline moved back to France and the apartment was left to them and Nate, Cat's blood brother.
